The New CartoPhilatelist #26 will be published in July 2009. The submission deadline is June 15th, 2009.

There currently is no set theme for issue 26, so there are many opportunities for submission ideas. Those of you interested in submitting an article should contact our Editor, Martin Oakes prior to submission. Martin has said there is space in the forth-coming issue and that articles are needed, so now would be a great time to write an article for the NCP.
